Decided to have a Sunday roast here for the first time.. made contact with the girl in charge of the customers and orders.she placed us a at table and said she will be over to take our order...1 hour later we decided to leave..the girl in charge seen us leaving and explained she totally forgot about us...Service: 1/5

Booked a show at the Pavillion and an overnight stay in the hotel. Warm welcome from Leigh and clean, spacious comfy room. Good night's sleep and ideal location for a walk along the front. Looking forward to a return visit in the future Rooms: 5/5

Lovely place been a few times staff are always pleasant and friendly. Nice atmosphere and always spotlessly clean. Would recommend to anyone.. and same goes for the rooms too if your looking for somewhere to stay
The room was very clean and comfortable. The bar staff made us feel very welcome, and were very helpful with local information. It was very close to The theatre, the beach, and places to eat.We would definitely recommend this place.
Nice welcome and greeting at the bar, easy check in, great location lovely bar area and friendly helpful staff. Room was comfy and on the first floor so easy to get you.Rooms: 5/5
