Visited the New Bell for the first time for Sunday lunch. Excellent food, nice atmosphere, and Dogs are welcome. They also had a band playing at 16.00 but unfortunately we left before they came on.

Great food, great drinks, great atmosphere, great landlord and landlady. All in all a public house /restaurant with wonderful bonhomie.

Friendly Landlords! Lovely and clean with Log Burner and cushions making it nice and cosy. Good range of Real Ales and Ciders. Nice atmosphere, especially on music evenings, all local musicians. This place is what a Traditional Pub should be like. Very Comfortable feel about the place! Check out the Garden. Lovely sunny courtyard with pretty flowers and shrubs. At Lunchtime you can get a really good Sandwich with fresh bread. Lunch portions are good and everything is served up so nicely. Even a Cup of Tea looks a treat! So much effort goes into everything!

Excellent classic traditional English pub serving a wonderfull Sunday lunch as well as other lunchtime food in a friendly atmosphere. Well worth a visit.
