Excellent shopping complex.. They have revamped it and it is now 100% better.. Easy for parking and lots of good shops.. There are several big name shops and some great smaller ones.. It's not that far outside of Clacton and there is a good frequently run bus service from Clacton Town centre. There is also a small Tourist Information centre on site which can be very helpful for local events between Harwich, Walton, Clacton and all the surrounding areas.. Worth a visit..

Recently redesigned from its form set up as a clothing shopping centre.  Located in the middle of an industrial estate, off the beaten track. Vistors may find it a little scruffy and below expectation. There is a public toilet and cash machine, for which there is a charge.  There are several high street clothing shops claiming to be cheaper.  There is a cafe, and burger king.  The flag ship store is a Home bargains store with a M&S clothing store next door.  Ample free parking reasonable selection of shops.  Plans for further retail redevelopment including restaurants and 3D cinema.

Didn't hate it but not a lot of choice for eating 1 fast food and 1 rather expensive tea place A new Bargain shop sells everything  prices very good After visiting the common  2 days ago  I must say it seemed a lot better since the last time I was there Especially the Bargain shop next to Marks Spencer's  . It really is a Bargain shop ! would strongly   recommend IT ☺

Very basic needs better selection of stores and some restaurants would be good plenty of wasted space around it to make it more appealing

Not much different than the normal stores.

Not worth the long journey.
Can get same items from the normal stores.

Which are more current.
Also better lighting in the actual stores to look at what your buying.

Dagenham Sunday Market is your best bet if looking for good clothing at trade prices.
