Do NOT use this company!!! They were booked to arrive early morning and did not show up until evening, the entire day was wasted and we had to sleep on the floor as it was too late to construct our furniture as originally plannned. The van was tiny and dirty and our furniture was stacked appallingly. Most of our furniture was badly damaged even though we had wrapped and protected the corners ourselves. When it finally arrived at the destination we found that our coverings had been removed and in their place were scrapes and chips missing out of expensive wooden furniture. We actually ended up doing a lot of the heavy lifting ourselves as the guys packed our boxes and furniture into the lift and we were expected to empty it when it arrived at our floor so we could send it back down to them. I took photos of all of the damage and emailed it to them to which I received no response, I also tried a call them a couple of times to which I was told I could not be heard due to a bad line. In the end I gave up. If you value your furniture and possesions then please do not use this company. It is not worth the stress or the expense of repairing the damage to your items.

Stay away from this scam removal company! Turned up 6 hours late without trying to inform. We had to chase them to get info when they were nowhere to be seen past the appointment time rather than getting updated. The service was terrible. Not only refusing to say sorry for being late, they guy was screaming over the phone saying it is not their fault for being late since "things like this happen" They gave a low quote to get people to commit then double the charge when they turned up. Had no choice but to accept then since they only turned up at the end of business day and I had to move out. When questioned about the extra amount afterwards, they refused to answer in a rudely manner. Avoid at all cost!
