My experience with the staff at Preston Safestore has been amazingly good from the outset. Contact has been by both telephone with mainly John & Laura who could not have been more friendly & helpful. They gave me loads of their time, comprehensive information, were encouraging without being pushy & proactively kept in touch over the date I might need the storage unit. At all times they were dead positive with a good sense of humour which always helps. They also put me in touch with a few small removal firms, the 2 guys I used were again helpful, did the job well and were really good value. I really cannot fault this branch of Safestore & would recommend them to anyone - if only more companies gave out this level of service.

The team at safestore are the most helpful guys you could meet they helped my daughter so much with her things sorted a removal van and got it all moved in to the storage room without her having to lift a finger so I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who wants a storage unit Laura and her team are amazing thanks guys xxxx
