Food was of a good standard and service was great. Nice friendly atmosphere. Would recommend for a low key event or family meal.

Fantastic place very welcoming and good beer selection. Parking tricky but that's Modbury . Well worth a visit help out the small town... also there is an ingress portal outside to hack .

Nice friendly pub, nice "pub" food at very reasonable price. Real ale which is always good with us.

Pleasant evening with good service. Food was good . Pleasant atmosphere . clean bar with reasonable selection although the prosecco was not as listed and was a bottle you get from the local Tesco for £6 . we were charged £15 for it. didnt detract from a lovely evening though. would recommend.
