Many thanks for a  Pleasant stay Ricky & Nicky.
 Room was lovely not what we expected more like a 1bed  chalet. 
Very clean and all you needed was there in a the room.
 Even found a hairdryer in the draw. 
There was a bath & shower Whitchurch was very clean to.
 Plenty of coffee & tea  which we was not expecting to find.
 Usually  enough for 1to2 cups each.
We don't usually have breakfast but as it was in with the deal we had it and it was lovely and plenty to choose from.would definitely return to the ivy if at that part of England again. Many thanks

A very clean and comfortable room with it's own en suite bathroom, the hosts are delightful and the breakfast superb.I would highly recommend.

Great B&B in the small village of Holbeton. This place is in a brilliant location, very quiet and peaceful and very close to the costal paths, the beach and plenty of other nice walks. Rooms were large, clean and very nice, and the couple who own the place were nice, friendly and very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. I would highly recommend staying here if you're down this way!
