Tyler was awesome. Really happy with the service and repair! Much more affordable than going direct to Apple and I got the same results. New iPhone 13 Pro Max back glass and frame replaced and colour changed from rose gold to black/grey. Looks great!
I went here after many quotes at other places. They have the best prices, there fast & the guy I met there Tyler has great customer service, very solid guy. I even ended up buying a new phones case. Best wireless store in London, Ontario.
I went in for a screen repair on a Samsung s23 ultra and it was the worst possible experience I've had repairing a phone. Not only have I not had my phone for a month now with it being in and out of their shop, it simply went in with a cracked screen and now my phone is completely useless. I have no wireless connection as soon as I got it back. They stated it was the antenna and they would fix it, then said it wasn't and that it was the sim reader, which they also apparently fixed. I got it back again yesterday and I can't use my phone at all. My front camera no longer works now either. The phone was perfect other than a small crack in the screen. Definitely save your money and take it literally anywhere else.
I'm having a trouble to charge my phone. The technician helped us to detect what's the problem and helped us to fix it. It is highly recommended.

I went to go buy a phone from this store and a guy named Hammad gave me awesome deal and also hooked me up with phone case for free , especially with the crazy prices now days he managed to save me a few bucks that’s what you call real customer service, I will be returning with my friends and family forsure to purchase more electronics!!

Very respectable. Totally honest. I brought a locked phone and instead of taking money he was totally honest with me telling me that it’s 99% locked and it’s probably going to waste my money more to try and unlock it so instead of taking my money he suggested I use it as a paperweight.. very honest . I will definitely return to this business as they had many iPhones for sale for fair prices.
