Jeff was great! Set our phones up quickly and wasn't pushy about selling us more things we didn't want. Highly recommend!
Experience with here in the past has been so-so, hearing lots of fluff words..saying what sounds good, but not really helpful long-term. Currently, though, I am very happy with my service experience here. Jeff was great in helping me resolve my issues. He talked to the phone customer representative, when I was told by them that they couldn't help me. What he wasn't able to resolve that day, he made sure the store manager heard about it the next day, and both were instrumental in my issues being resolved.
Jeff was very knowledgeable and patient. Did a very good job at explaining everything we were doing and helping us through upgrade options and making them work for us. If T-Moble's service is as good as Jeff was, we will be pleased.
Awesome experience! Jeff, Parker and John were all super knowledgeable and their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend if you need any type of assistance for your T-Mobile service you stop in to their store.. you won’t be disappointed! 10/10 top notch
Parker was a huge help in figuring out what was wrong with my bill / account, and called customer care to get everything fixed quickly! Excellent customer service and conversation while on hold with the care team.
This store front has amazing customer service, however, T-Mobile as a whole has been a absolute nightmare. My service on my phone constantly drops calls, buffers with every app, and can barely handle running Google maps. I fell for the home internet since it was simple and easy to install just to have my home Wi-Fi run below a megabyte yes, I mean below a single megabyte. I've tried every corner of the house, placing it at every window, resetting it, and nothing. I would beg another internet provider to take my money before ever recommending to someone else. Love the store location, and the guys in there will help you in any way possible, hate the provider with a passion now.

I was in and out quickly with all issues resolved! Parker was friendly and patient and helped me choose what was best for me!
Wow! What a wonderful experience! I switched from AT&T because of total incompetence and I have had enough of being lied to about promotions and deals. The guys at this store Nick and Tyler were honest, helpful and a pleasure to work with. They stayed well after closing hours to take care of me and my 5 lines that were getting transferred, they answered all questions and assisted with helping my family set up our phones! Great job and Thank you!!!
Went in with a couple minor issues with my phone not keeping connection, loosing signal a lot...the employee was nice enough to bring up my account look at my phone. Changed out the sims card and told me that might help... My phone is outdated this I know. So if this card doesn't resolve my issue I can come back and buy a new one. He was helpful on informing me of all the phones and choices. Pleasant young man. Thank you kindly for all your help and Information you gave me. This store was in London Ohio Thank you for your time and kindness.
