I would like to leave a review as a past member of the team. I really enjoyed my time at the mill house. I only left as I moved out of the area and the commute wasn’t an option with it being so far. I loved both the staff and residents. No two days were the same just like no two shifts were the same. I had the pleasure of working with a great team and we cared for our residents like they were an extension of our own families. To see them smile when various activities were happening was amazing. I had a great relation ship with the management team. You could approach them with anything.nJust to finish off I loved my time there.
I had the good fortune in finding Mill House, to care for a dear friend. I had the privilege and peace of mind, observing how well they cared for my friend and all other residents throughout the 14 months my friend was there. I had the honour of getting to know, love and respect the amazing staff. I very much felt part of the Mill House family. So much so, that when my friend passed away, I did not want to lose contact with the staff and residents. It is my intention to become a volunteer, helping as required.nThe Mill House is an absolute hidden gem. The love, care and attention offered by the staff is indescribable. The events/crafts held are so thoughtful and wide ranging to ensure the stimulation, well being and happiness of all residents.nI cannot recommend highly enough and will be forever grateful to what became Marjorie’s new family.nGren Spriggs
The staff at the Mill house are welcoming and friendly.My dad is very content in his surroundings. He is a private person and this is respected although there are lots of activities he could join in if he wishes.If there is any problems we are contacted immediately he is well looked after . Keep up the great work .Many thanks
An amazing place. My father has dementia and Mill House offers that support 24hrs away, 365 days a year. It's a warm and friendly environment, cant speak higher of them.
Staff unfailingly kind and obliging - nothing is too much trouble. Food very good. Nice room for my boyfriend which is always spotless. Good activities and entertainment - they really care.
