This Surgery Makes Me Worried For People With Mental Health Conditions That Leave Them Unable To Notice When There Being Treated Unfairly.nnThe Receptionists & Nurses Are Great Though.

The level of screening questions asked by part time receptionists who are clearly not medically trained or hold any type of medical qualifications is laughable.nThey are clearly trying to diagnose over the phone without any medical knowledge...id say that's pretty risky and potentially very dangerous!nHow did we come to this ?nThis surgery managers need to take a very long look at how they run the practice....probably listening to there recorded incoming appointment requests would be a good start before something goes horribly wrong .

I have had a few hiccups with trying to get an appointment with Havens Health previously, but when I have called later in the day out of the emergency line times to book an appointment, I have managed to get one in the next day or two. Most of the GP's i have seen have been lovely and very thorough. Thank you to the receptionist too. I always have in my head that if I ever get a frosty greeting from receptionists, then they have had many frosty experiences from people going in beforehand.

I've been registered here since 1994, and I really must say that in the last year or so the improvement in booking and appointments have improved out of all recognition. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful, even though they are obviously very busy. All the doctors and nurses I have met have been brilliant, friendly, attentive and thorough. Thank you!

I don't think the reception staff get enough praise They are all absolutely amazing and always make me smile due to having complex issues im quite frequently here amd I haven't had any bad experiences.
