Forget about getting through on the phone, I had already read all the problems with that on Google and NHS sites; 2 other surgeries closed down recently in Peacehaven so this surgery is overworked now. I tried to book an appointment by phone once and it took forever to get through and all the docs I wanted to see were already fully booked so I've joined the online bookings system which is awesome. You can book from tomorrow onwards which you can't do on the phone (they only do same day or 2 weeks in advance on the phone). The first doc I saw seemed rude and uninterested in helping with the issue I came in for but wanted to deal with all my already in hand issues so I left frustrated and unhelped. Booked another appointment and the next doc I saw was very interested and we're making progress so I am happy for now. 2nd doc did note that while the first doc may have seemed uninterested she did in fact write down all my issues in full on my records so perhaps the issue was just lack of time in the appointment. Blood tests were booked quickly and results were next day, scan appointments were booked quickly. The 10 minutes allocated for appointments is too short seems to be the biggest issue, both docs looked really worried we'd run out of time, how can you work properly when you're looking at the clock every couple minutes? Not the surgery's fault but NHS needs to change that

this place is an absolute joke. whenever I call to book an appointment I always have to call over 100 times for me to even speak to someone and then they tell me there’s no appointments so phone back in the afternoon.. same again then. the receptionist staff are rude and unhelpful. they tell you wrong information.

They always make out they don't have any appointments available. Had to ring 115 times this morning, before they answered. Once you get there, it's pretty empty. Receptionists are unhelpful and sour.

Very hard to get hold of on phone for emergency appointment seem be busy but when u go there and call them no-one on the phone
