The cuts are fine however the opening times could be whenever, there have been multiple times when I've walked half an hour to get my hair cut in open hours and have seen a closed sign on the door with no reason stating why they're closed. These occasions weren't at times when staff may have been on lunch brake these were at times like 2-5 in the afternoon. Just abit disappointing

I've been 4 times to the shop, unfortunately wont be going again. The first 3 times the cut was OK/ good, as you'd expect for 8 quid. Never fantastic but kept trying to see if it got better... give a chance and all that. The last time I went the cut was by a bloke, absolutely awful, no customer skills at all & no attention to what or how he was cutting, chopping massive chunks in seconds, it certainly wasn't coffee making him lively!!! Like I say it's unfortunate, but I will not be returning & will not be recommending either, shame.

Best shop in Rugeley. Great atmosphere and would trust any of the barbers to cut my hair. Great for the kids too. Every time I come in makes you feel welcome and more than just a barber shop.

Really quick and a fair price with a nice guy , hair seems well done , no fuss no mess. Great place to go if you just wanna skip the coffee and get it done , would recommend to others and will likely be going again

Felt very "there's your haircut, now get out", no questions about if the haircut is to my liking it wasn't or seemingly any care for what he was doing. Poor work and awful customer experience, won't be going back

Maybe they can cut hair ok but they might as well have used a knife and fork for my "clean" shave. Shockingly poor; I could tell it wasn't great at the time but didn't realise quite how bad it was until I got home.

Great atmosphere with barbers who know what they are dong , they have a woman's section too where my partner gets her hair styled too First class service and a reasonable price

Great place, great staff. Take my two boys there who both have asd and the staff are very good and very patient.

Doesn't matter how many times they cut my hair it doesn't get any longer. Good team.
