Wow, what a transformation  I have just moved to the area and first time attending this hairdressers - after looking at the reviews online of all hairdressers in Rugeley, I’m so glad I chose this one !!! Very friendly and experienced salon including refreshment on arrival. Let Josh loose on my hair and his decision on my colouring and re-styling was amazing!!  Definitely will be returning. Booked an appointment 5 weeks ago. In that time, the hairdresser I booked left the company. Thr hairdresser nor the salon let me know until I turned up for the appointment today. No one can get me in until after Christmas. Awful customer service. Will not use again.

Never been here before and had not been to a hairdresser for over 18 months, previously lived in a large city and paid a significantly larger amount of money for my hair. The Salon was clean, great decour, lovely staff and more, had a coffee less than 2 mins after walking through the door; then met my stylist Amber....an incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, dedicated and talented young woman, and more to the point a fantastic stylist. I walked in feeling like a bag of **** and walked out feeling alive. Thanks Amber and HushHair
