I have been consistently amazed by the service and care that this surgery provides. It takes about two to three days max to get a repeat prescription ready for collection from the ‘robot’ and that is down to the people that process the orders and the speed at which the GPs review the requests. The care and thoroughness with which you are dealt with at consultations whether in person or in the phone is always brilliant. What a great team of health professionals. Thank you.
I feel every time I come to this surgery I feel I’m not welcome.nI have been told messages were sent to me when I haven’t received them but made to be stupid. I leave collecting prescriptions until last minute as I feel very uncomfortable coming in and actually have to build courage. There is a few good doctors. Just a shame about some of the reception staff.
No Point to being registered with themnnI have not been able to see a doctor for over 4 years despite having medical conditions that require review, and I can not book a blood test or even get a medication review with someone who can prescribe medications. They are OK with wasting your time but can not give an appointment for any reason.
Excellent, called at 8am, had a call back 10 minutes later & was seen at 9:20 by a Doctor. Great service, thankyou
Rang first thing, 8am, got straight through. Have had really bad chest for 3 weeks, so needed to see doctor. Got put on a triage... No call, so rang midday, told I'm on the list. Mid afternoon, went into the surgery to see what was happening, got told again, on the list, to wait for a call. Rang them again at 4pm, told, sorry we forgot to put you on the list, go to triage doctor at the hospital. Absolutely appalling behaviour. They don't care at all, and need to get off social media on their computers and do their job instead.
