Due to Corona Virus the pub is closed , but we're serving drinks and food on a takeaway basis. The service was great didn't have to wait to long for drinks.
Wonderful take away chips and fish bites from the window. And my boy loves the ice cream too. A lovely addition to a trip down to Old Leigh – south Essex's St. Ives and no mistake.

Small and cozy fish and chip shop with some lovely alcoholic drinks. Food is perfect and we always feel really welcome when we visit. One of my favourite places
Good ales and stout on tap and nice to sit on their patio watching the sea. Covid-safe.
Lovely pub with smashing staff. Great selection of real ales. Very tasty seafood dishes. Always s good stopping point when doing the coastal stroll.
The place and staff are nice but the food is nothing to brag about. We had a vegan burger and fish.. a bit pricey for what it was.
Popped over to meet a friend that has recently moved to Leigh-on-Sea. He highly recommended this pub and I can understand why. Very traditional, friendly staff, and good selection of drinks. The fish and chips served here are superb.
Lovely food, reasonably priced, friendly staff. Seems to have adapted to the covid rules quite well.
