Absolutely scrumptious! I've ordered 4 times now and every time the phone service has been great. Delivery quick. Food just perfect and hot. All staff very nice so far. And the best bit is that they cater for allergies where possible. I have a severe nut & sesame allergy . The service and food has been just perfect. Keep up the good work! Thank you.
Freshly cooked and well presented food. Nice staff. The decor is a bit '70s night club', but I quite like the relative darkness the table top was well lit though, so it's more of an *impression* of darkness! The soft shell crab needed a little more flavour salt? garlic? MSG?, as did the Singapore noodles, but they were still fine. Everything else was delicious.
We've eaten here more than once now and they guys are always so friendly on the phone, the food arrives almost as soon as you've put the phone down and overall it's pretty good value. I have to say that the lady that delivers the food is probably the nicest person I've ever had to call to my door with a delivery. The food is fantastic and it's definitely our Chinese of choice now.
When first entering the restaurant on a Sunday it was complelty empty. Not too surprising.... when we got to the buffet the food didn't look too appealing where it had been sitting there... But straight away we was offered fresh food to be cooked. The atmosphere was good and relaxing the service was good where our hand towels were changed and so was out water after every plate and the waiters catered for our needs in a polite manner. Really couldn't complain. I would definatly be back.
I ordered duck and it was excellent. But the waiter who served me was a bit rude. She wanted me to order a set menu while I wanted to order duck with rice. The lighting is also too dark and dull to my taste probably the restaurant wanted to create a romantic atmosphere, but I would not call it romantic at all
Mediocre and bland food and poor service. We were a group of 15 people and recieved rude behaviour from one staff member. Won't return. Much better food from our local takeaway. Very disappointed. The evening was for a birthday. The restaurant made no effort to make the occasion special. We made the best of it though but bemused by previous good reviews as the food is not worth leaving home for.
First time I used this restaurant. I ordered take away to be delivered. Great service very helpful. Lovely lady delivered my food. And food was lovely not greasy very tasty and hot. Would recommend and will be eating from there again.
Long established restaurant with pleasant environment. We have been many times and always enjoyed our food and the service. I wouldn't travel miles to visit but if it is your local, perfectly acceptable.
I did not visit 2 days ago as Google implies and have not been here for over a year as wife Vegetarian and options very limited. However I used to like and found costs pretty reasonable cost for both of us came to about £35 back then including half bottle wine. I used to have mango chicken and got large portion. Probably one of the better Chinese restaurants around.
You may notice I have given one star which was not by choice as the review needs a star to be posted, if i had a choice they would get MINUS 3 stars. First of all when i entered the restaurant it was beautifully decorated and to a very high standard giving the impression that the food would be of such high quality. I started by getting a lemonade which was FLAT there was no fizz in it what so ever no ice and it was not cold. Once i ordered my food it did not take longer than 10 minutes till it was in front of me, which obviously means the food they serve is not freshly prepared at request, which is DISCUSTING, and not to my surprise so was the food. My sweet and sour chicken was warmish NOT HOTat all. The rice was such a small serving for the price they were sell it for and the three-in-one noodles were BLAND, noodles were burnt and had a very funny taste to it. The best part of the whole meal was the free prawn crackers and the slice of lime in my lemonade other than that the restaurant seems VERY OVER RATTED.
