Ordered a takeaway over the phone which we collected although they will deliver. The food was very good and we will be using them again. Although their brochure pictures shows the restaurant set up with tables and chairs it did not look like they are offering an eat in service at the present as all the tables were missing and the chairs were stacked up.
I ordered dinner through their website and despite receiving a reference number and taking my money, our food didn't arrive. I tried to call the restaurant for over 90 minutes but couldn't get through to anyone. If you order from this company, be aware that you may be waiting a long time. I wish I'd read the reviews of this restaurant before ordering as I dont seem to be the only person this issue has happened with.
Ordered for delivery recently. So disappointed as the crispy duck was fatty and boney. Sauce on the main dish was watery. Not recommended!
Ordered before christmas and same as other people my mum left a review too. They took my money, and never confirmed the order. Horrible behaviour, taking people's money and then when you try to ring phone says busy or just no answer. Avoid.
Fairly priced. Ordered a take away for home delivery. Food arrived hot. Chicken noodle dish was nice and was HUGE. The prawn balls were a disappointment. The oil was too hot and the batter was too thick. Crispy on the outside but undercooked batter inside. Inedible. The sesame prawn toast was average. Found the hygiene rating on google at 3 stars. It would be great to find a Chinese take away in the area with 5 stars.
Ordered over the phone on the 16/9/22 Waited an hour for it to arrive it was hot but had no taste to the meat all I could taste was grease and oil. Most of it went in the bin.
Very nice food but a little on the expensive side. Very friendly and polite waiters. Usually very quiet. Also does takeaways.
I got a takeaway. The food was tasteless and not worth the money paid.
We rarely have take away. Around a month ago we ordered one from the place we would usually use and we were seriously let down by the delivery. It was delivered around an hour late. Decided to try the Oriental Garden for a change, as my son had heard good things about it. Really impressed! Food was delivered right on time and was both tasty and hot. Will definitely use again
