We love to visit this beautiful independent shop whenever we are on holiday! A warm welcome and the most fabulous artwork and pottery.

I am visiting Wales in summer 2021 from Sweden. This shop was the best in the town. I bought some lovely greetings cards and 2 mugs for my family in Stockholm. The woman serving was very helpful and well informed about the craft products. Thank you!

I bought several Christmas presents from The Maker's Mark a fortnight ago. What a delightful trove of treasures indeed! Narda the owner was so helpful, friendly, chatty, kind and informative. The wrapping and presentation of the gifts was superb. She is obviously a accomplished calligrapher as all her labels are beautiful and hand written. Well worth the thirty mile drive to go there!

I visited Makers Mark today. Although the shop contained some interesting items, I found the rude, uninterested attitude of the sales assistant and the shop owner so off putting I felt disinclined to buy anything. One would have thought that after the travails of lockdown in a small rural town - they would have felt motivated to make a sale Clearly not. I don't feel I can recommend this shop to other passing visitors to the town.

Lovely gifts, beautiful cards, l have 3 Luke Kites, just waiting delivery of my fourth damn covid, metal and ancient wood creations which are completely breathtaking, but this shop hS something for all pockets and a must call. There will be so many things you love you'll spend all your time trying to decide. Gift -or keep!

Amazing shop for gifts. Very friendly ladies work there. Hand made wooden gifts, gorgeous metal key rings, letter openers, and many other lovely things that catch your eye . Paintings , jewellery, even greeting cards ! So worth a visit.

This shop is a delight. I could have spent a lot. The buyer really has great taste and the pick of local crafts people and makers. If you’re in the area, do pay it a visit.
