Lovely shop. Great service from the guys. Have used them consistently in the last 20 yrs and they have always been friendly and helpful.

Our first visit to this amazing shop. The brothers were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. We left with a beautiful purchase and will certainly return in the future.

The owners of the store were incredibly helpful and have a good range of artwork to choose from. Happened to come across Tom Butler Limited Edition. We are very happy with our purchase and will be back again.

The customer service at this shop was terrible. Do not buy a 3D card from this shop. I did at the high price of £5.49 and found the envelope was stuck down and unusable. As a result I missed getting the card in the post to my friend in time for her arriving back from holiday. When I returned it to the shop they said no one else had complained and implied I had stuck it down myself. They finally agreed to check one of the cards and found the envelope in that one was stuck down too - no doubt a fault affecting the whole batch of cards which would have to be sent back or marked down in price. They offered no apology to me and begrudgingly offered a replacement envelope of a different colour. When I suggested that they let me keep the faulty card without an envelope and give me the replacement card with the wrong colour envelope to make up for the inconvenience of not getting it to my friend in time they were extremely rude, I have been a long standing customer at this shop for over 15 years and have never returned anything before but when I suggested the goodwill gesture would ensure that a long standing customer would remain a customer in the future the shop owners made it very clear that they would rather loose my custom than offer an extra replacement card which was faulty anyway. They finally gave me a refund but insisted that I leave the faulty card which I had already written on to send to my friend. Supposedly this was so they could return it to the card company but they already had the empty packaging to return along with the faulty envelope and the batch of no doubt other faulty cards. They left me feeling extremely upset and distrustful that they might try to sell the remaining batch of faulty cards to unsuspecting people. If shops act this way towards their customers they do not deserve to have any. I shall never shop here again and strongly urge others to boycott such rude and obnoxious shop owners.

Went into this shop on Saturday hoping to buy a piece of jewellery as a present for my sister. I was the only customer in the shop yet wasn't greeted on arrival. There were 3 members of staff, a woman and 2 men and not one came to help or acknowledged me as I stood waiting by the jewellery display. Very poor customer service. I certainly won't be going back. On a happy note I bought my sister a llovely present in a nearby shop where politness, helpfulness and return custom matter. Country Crafts you lost out on a £ 85 sale. Serves you right!!

SHOP DEALS IN BAD FAITH! CANCELS ORDERS JUST TO HIKE UP THE PRICE FOR FUTURE ORDERS! PATHETIC! Ordered 2 Butler & Peach miniature sculptures in July 19 dancing hares; paid for them in full, received an order confirmation and waitied for the delivery. Over a week later I received a phone call from the owner, Manesh, claiming that he had no stock of these miniatures, and the website had allowed the order to be placed in error. Having wasted 20 mnutes n the phone listening to him lying through his teeth, I accepted a refund. Everything he said on the phone was a complete lie! I checked the website a few days later and he had plenty of stock, but now the price had trebled! I will now be reporting County Crafts to Trading Standards if there is an error in pricing then the trader must sell the items at the advertised price, or remove them completely from sale; County Crafts did neither.

We have been using County Crafts for many years we have always received an outstanding service , we have bought many beautiful prints and used the framing service many times - nothing is too much trouble and would highly recommend
