Machrihanish Holiday Park is set overlooking the historic Machrihanish Golf Club with spectacular sea views across to Islay and the Jura where you will see arguably the best sunsets in the world,

Our modern static caravans are available for short breaks or longer stays. And if you’re looking for a permanent holiday home in an idyllic location, we have a range of caravans available for sale to suit any taste or budget.

If you love the freedom of camping but like a few home comforts, why not stay in one of timber wigwams? They sleep up to five adults from just £26 per night and have a microwave, fridge and kettle. They’re heated too, making them ideal for a short break at any time of year.

We also offer serviced touring and camping pitches, starting at only £6.50 per night.

On site you’ll find modern and clean washing facilities, a launderette, crazy golf and our new putting green.

Getting around is easy as we’re only 5 minutes walk from Machrihanish beach, with some of the best surf in Scotland, a family friendly bar & restaurant, and the famous 1st tee at The Machrihanish Golf Club. And if you are coming to play golf, we offer secure club storage.

Stunning location, in a picturesque and tranquil spot very close to the coast - 10 minutes walk to the Machrihanish Beach, 30 minutes to the Machrihanish Seabird Observatory. The caravan was modern,  spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and had all the comforts we could dream of.  Our new favourite seaside place. Highly recommend!

What a friendly site. Owners and staff offer a first class service.The site is very well kept and has ample clean toilet facilities.  Static Holiday homes are kept really clean and have all the mod cons that you need for your stay. They are tastefully laid out and are really comfy to stay in. Decking area and picnic table attached to the side of  static  to relax and have a beer or wine whilst watching the amazing sunsets. Really safe for the little ones. Dog friendly too. About 700m away is the beach and a family friendly pub. Do yourself a favour and book a wee stay ,your soul will thank you for it....Bliss!!

Just spent a wonderful night here with our campervan. Facilities are probably the best we've ever experienced. The lady who cleans the toilets did a fantastic job and must work extremely hard to keep them so pristine. Loved the idea of your own little shower room with toilet and sink. Beautiful sunset too

A very clean, quiet holiday park with statics +. We visited in a motorhome. Spacious plots - some with sea view, water and electric - others with just electric. Drive-over grey water waste and all other facilities. Clean toilet and shower facilities. Great place to explore the southern end of Kintyre peninsula.

Everything was 10/10, efficient booking site, easy check in, the guy was very welcoming and friendly, the site was impressive, even mini golf for the kids or adults even, the bathrooms were individual entire lockable bathrooms and the showers were like heaven. I really didn’t have enough time there and one day will be back for a longer stay. Campbeltown is nice too.

Camp sites can be a bit hit and miss especially when it comes to facilities but Machrihanish holiday park exceeds all expectations. Lovely quiet site situated nearly 5 miles outside Campbeltown. Stayed here for a few short days for the festival in May 2022. The toilet and shower blocks are some of the best I've seen at a campsite, nice modern and very well looked after. Very highly recommended.

This is one of the best camping / caravan sites I have visited. The facilities are completely spotless, especially the toilets - Great idea to have individual bathrooms with your own shower. Ideally located with the service bus stoping just outside for popping into Campbeltown. I look forward to a return visit after staying in one of the glamping pods.

Spotless. Always working to keep the park in 1st class condition. Not far a walk from the long beach which goes from Machrahanish  to Westport. Another small beach just past the golf club. The bird sanctuary and cauldron beach.

The best campsite in Scotland. Beautiful place with lots of things to do. Staff always welcoming and very helpful.

Amazing views, so close to beach, not too far from other amenities. Pitches are well spaced out. Facilities all super clean. Staff lovely.
