Docs never call on time. even when given an approx time slot with a 3 hour window they still manage to call 2 hours late! its hard to balance your own life and work life with this surgery. even though i called and pleaded to be called asap, the only response i receive is 'anytime soon you will get a call'. 2 hours later - NOTHING. of course calls and apts are going to be missed because docs cannot keep to a time frame - not even close! I was also told in the past that my medical concern will be attended to and that treatment will be followed up. 8 months later I still call for the same issues with no actual medical attention or treatment being provided to me. i have had some appointments but nothing has come of them. so frustrated with this place

the worst surgery i ever seen there is no chance to get appoitment the staff is really rude and unhelpful its awful i dont recomend to no one

One of the worse GP I have ever seen. Most of the stuff are rude and arrogant and they don't bother to reply if you ask anything. They are always busy gossiping with each other. I'm gonna change my gp soon

It has been nearly 2 hours and I am still waiting over the phone to book an appoitment. From 8am to 9.30am the line was literally engaged. From 9.30am until now (9.55am) I have been in the queue moving from 9 to 7 on the list. This is a disgrace.

You should avoid this place like the plague, in fact even if you had the plague don't try to come here you won't be able to get an appointment. You will ring up and the secretary will first guilt trip you into not wanting to come in and then tell you to go to A&E. Or the other option will be that you should ring the doctor at 8am for an appointment conveniently when they do not answer the phone because they are to busy as every unwell person in the area decided that they cannot get through on the phone and then will just turn up to the clinic. I had once done this and it seemed like i had walked onto the set of the walking dead. Utter confusion where no one knows whats going on or what they are doing and this is the staff! They will speak to you like you are an uneducated fool and cannot comprehend what they are saying. Once i had the secretary ring me to cancel my appointment as the doctor was not coming in while i was standing in front of her, correct standing right in front of the woman at reception. Avoid this place, they are so unorganised they could not arrange a piss up in a brewery
