Wonderful customer service. My granddaughter lost the lovely starfish earrings I bought her when on holiday in Kirkwall. I contacted the shop, They found another pair and they were with me next day - all the way down in Devon. Thank you Dan !

A cute shop that sells some nice crafts.

Purchased earrings and a necklace in July 2022 as a Xmas present, when the recipient went to wear the earrings on Xmas day, found the clasp on one was defective  spoke to Loraine on the phone, repair agreed and carried out via mail within a week of reporting the problem. Well done, a lovely item of jewellery and totally fantastic customer and after sales service,  will certainly shop here again.
