I love OTE. I go there for anything and everything electrical. 

They're fully accessible on the ground floor but not on the first floor. 

They take cash, debit cards and credit cards. 

You get great products and great customer service too.

I needed to get the amplifier from my precious Hifi system fixed. It was not a massive breakage, nor is it really a super valuable system, it's more wear due to age and value because of my niche taste in 90s hifis! Either way, I figured it may be pricey beyond the value of the system or time consuming to fix. However, I dropped off in the morning and within a few hours I was getting a call back to tell me it had been fixed! Great service. I was worried I'd have to send it down south at extra expense but luckily OTE was at hand. Thanks again guys.
