We locked our keys inside and Tony came out within half an hour and replaced the broken lock all within 30 minutes.  Great job. Nicely done.

Accidentally left keys inside the house and shut the door with dog still inside. Lock genie was very quick and helpful and sorted everything out. Much cheaper and more personal than some of these big companies. Would definitely recommend.

Came to our office to fit new locks on doors. He was efficient, clean and tidy, and whilst completing a great job for us, our landlady decided to start using Tony for her properties. Everything is professional about THE LOCK GENIE so I highly recommend him.

Terrible experience. Asked for a free quote as advertised online only to get a phone call after the visit asking for £55 of labour charges and to replace the lock he had taken from our house it would be £100! Told me to never call him again and I never will. Would not recommend!
