LRC contacted me after several weeks and resolved the issue satisfactorily. The response below states they tried to contact me several times, I have no evidence of this and had asked to be contacted in writing which they did not. In the end a lady rang me as a courtesy, agreed to a partial refund and agreed my complaints were valid. As and when the response below is corrected to reflect this I'll edit this review again.

Very pleased with our recent move with the Little Removals Company. We have unpacked the majority of belongings and not found any damage or breakages. The guys who moved us were professional, friendly and very helpful. Made moving a lot less stressful! Good value for money and would highly recommend.

Good start, terrible ending. When we were arranging our move, the team was very responsive to all of our calls and questions. When we realised post-move that we were missing a picture, all of that changed. Despite calling daily to see if the picture had been found on their end (left in a van or in the depot), they repeatedly fail to return any of our calls. After nearly two weeks of chasing, they suddenly stated we needed to contact Customer Service , without providing any contact information on how we could do so. When we finally managed to get them to send the contact info, we had to wait 10 days for a response - which was to double-check all of our boxes! Obviously we had been through our boxed (and emptied them all) in the weeks since our move and had not managed to locate the missing item. Further chasing extracted a promise from them to reimburse us according to their insurance policy - we're still waiting on this. On top of all of this, we're also waiting for a refund for an extra, unexplained hour of travel time. We moved house on 22 October - it is now 17 Nov and nothing has been resolved. I would not recommend this company to anyone, if they cannot resolve mistakes and disappear once they've billed you for their services.

Fantastic service from Little Removals!!! After a very stressful house sale and purchase, Little Removals moved me from my 3 bedroom house in Uplands, Stroud to my new house in Clifton, Bristol and they were excellent the whole way through! I opted for the packing service aswell and their guys are extremely professional and efficient! Their pricing is straight forward and reasonable unlike some other companies I approached and in the end the move went smoothly and I would certainly use them again! Thanks guys!!!
