In their own words, they are hose engineers! Not remotely interested in anything fixed to a machine, engineer arrived onsite and refused to touch a hose on a drilling rig. Ring Bristol Hose, much more interested in helping out.

Another vote for no interest in anything fixed to a machine! Unhelpful engineer has arrived onsite this AM and left without even trying to fix the pipe, as it is on a machine and mildly difficult to get to.

Huge help Pirtek; telehandler hydraulic pipe broke. Great to have a happy, positive engineer out of hours evening, dark, wet, muddy - great service. Thank you
