A welcoming and informal bar in a student area, open from breakfast ’til the early hours. A great place to relax, meet new friends and join in activities such as quizzing and retro-gaming. Really good service at the bar. Could have a laugh with the staff. Great outdoor seating and smoking area. Enough tellys for sports fancy to sit anywhere in the bar and be able to see. Very impressed. Really nice food and the there was a large selection of beers. What more could you ask for!

The staff were really nice and friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. It was nicely priced and well worth the money. I had a beef meets pork burger, the pulled pork was different from anything I have had before it was delicious and the burger was thick and juicy obviously made from top quality meat it was served with fries and a drink. My husband had the house burger which was a double burger with nacho cheese (he said it was amazing) this was also served with fries and a drink. We shared some frickles which are deep fried battered ghurkins and they were the best ones we have ever had. I would definitely go back and I would recommend everyone to try it.

Very loud unclean tables and worn out chairs. Food was of standard quality for what you pay. This is definitely more of a drinking establishment however most of the pumps we're out of the different beers at the time that we were visiting. Toilets were disgusting and had a very strong horrible smell this was after a Saturday night so I doubt they been clean properly from the night before

Very cheap , good morning family place but not if there is a game on (it is a pub at the end of the day ) far better than normal pub food and they serve the lunch menu from the morning (never too early for a burger!). Very spacious with lots of seating and massive restrooms .
