My Wife has been with our daughter aged 8 nearly. Took some books out. They were due back and we tried ring to extend them bit longer but couldn't get through when she called in speak someone she got lady who was bit patronising explaining its not 0191 number it was the 0300 number now for all libraries. I think her experience would have been bit better had customer service of staff been little more welcoming and sensitive. We have only been in Bowburn few months since May so just finding our bearings with everything and understanding opening hours etc of everywhere roundabout. I'm 🚯 going slate somewhere give fair review based on our own experience.
