Do not rent with this company and avoid at all costs is possible. The communication and service has been poor from the moment of moving in. Shower was broken for 3 months, they eventually “fixed” it. It was never fixed, still broken till the day I moved out. Window never fixed for a whole year, imagine a whole year with no fresh air! Toilet broken for more than 48hrs that is by law inhabitable accommodation for this time. Water didn’t work on more than 3 occasions one day being the 40 degrees heat wave, again making the property inhabitable. The compensation I got was poor and didn’t make up for the awful service I was given. Finally on move out day they wanted to deduct £295 for cleaning and painting 3 walls. Only 2 walls needed painting and the flat was left in a cleaner state than when I moved in. I have got photo evidence of the move in date, the bathroom needed cleaning, the kitchen and the windowsills/windows were disgusting. So please take my word for it and all the other poor reviews because it now makes sense. This is a company to avoid at all costs!
All I’ll say is most of the ‘negative’ reviews are actually a very accurate representation of this company and the ‘positive’ ones, well let’s be fair you can see they’re written by people who haven’t lived in any of the companies property’s and sound like they’re straight from a HR manual. To give you an idea of how compassionate they are and how they care for their valued cash cows, I do apologise I meant to say tenants is the fact one of the testimonials on their website since removed was from a landlord gloating over the fact that TIR passes any and all costs relating to the property onto the unfortunate tenant, ensuring the landlords pockets are constantly being lined with more and more profit, I mean fair play everyone wants to make as much money as possible and why shouldn’t you, but even some of the biggest dictators in history would be allowed into heaven over the people who run and operate this company, even Caesar himself would be appalled at their treatment of people
TIR Lettings has been providing an excellent job in maintaining a good property for us. Especially Lehila Owen property manager she is extremely helpful, approachable and responsive. She takes requests/queries carefully and always puts customers at the centre of her orbit. You can never dispute the fact that she always delivers exceptional services. Highly recommend to who is looking for nice place to rent or the people who want to list their investment properties to reach out to TIR Lettings.
Genuinely the best property management company I have ever used. Highest levels of compassion shown by the staff in particular Rosanna Picken. She has been nothing but understanding and has tailored the needs to fit customer needs. Very professional and efficient services alongside the transparency within the applications process. Rosanna thanks for everything you helped with helping a vulnerable person relocate and rehome in the most elegant and eloquent of homes. You have been above and beyond your expectations and the company should all strive to deliver customer excellence the way Rosanna has delivered it. I have rented property with TIR lettings for nearly 2 years. The experience has been great.Any enquires and issues are resolved promptly. I would especially recommend Lehila who was been truly amazing , she has gone the extra mile and was super helpful to help me secure accommodation in emergency situations - I wouldn’t hesitate to use their service again in the future.

The worst agency ever, they had charged me 420£ for repainting 2 walls that I had never touched. Disappointed completely
