Simon Blyth was our vendors estate agent so not paid by us. We honestly cannot thank or recommend Simon Blyth enough. We couldn’t have been luckier to have Lisa help us navigate buying our house especially given a number of very frustrating situations during the purchase, and we would have been totally lost without her. The communication, knowledge and speediness was beyond excellent, there was times she would go above and beyond during this process - I honestly couldn’t rave about Lisa and her professionalism enough. This process has given us the confidence that the whole team at Simon Blyth are fantastic, having also had a great experience dealing with Nicola who was also just as excellent at communication and keeping us updated. We recently purchased a house through Simon Blyth Stocksbridge branch and although they had no contract with us, that was with the seller, they greatly helped all the way through whether it be chasing updates or acting as a middle party between us and the seller. Great services and very attentive to requests/advise. Can’t recommend enough. Special thanks to Lisa who helped us from day 1.
We recently sold our mothers house with Simon Blyth Stocksbridge and found the whole team to be both professional and efficient from the first call to the final completion. They kept us fully informed throughout and respected our wishes in how we wanted the sale handling. Our thanks go to them for making the whole process that bit easier.
So after our initial purchase fell through with other agents, after already giving notice on our rental accommodation, we then got out bidded on another house, so we were under a lot of pressure. Lisa, like many other agents, said she would keep an eye out for us. However, she definitely came through by finding us a house that was perfect and the vendors needed to sell quick too. She arranged a viewing and our offer was accepted before it even officially came to market. The following months were not easy, as the vendors solicitors communicated poorly. However, whenever we needed anything chasing I could speak to Lisa who in turn would speak to the vendor and things got moving. The few times Lisa wasn't in, the others in the office were great too, they knew what was happening and made sure things got done. All in all, we would undoubtedly be stuck without a home this week if it wasn't for Lisa and the team. Instead, we are painting our new family home. Thank you so much!!
