Absolutely fantastic service, if you are able to understand the appointment system it works brilliantly. Phoned for app at half 8 had app for 11 saw the doctor, okay he was running late but provided a great service and good things you have to wait for. Told me he would refer me for an urgent scan, 2 days later I had a phone call regarding scan for two days time, in total.... 4 days from doctors app to mri scan, no one can moan about that service. Thank you very much Len Valley all doctors at the practice restore my faith in the NHS

Nearly impossible to get an appointment, whenever you ring regarding anything normally requires multiple attempts to get through.

I've been trying for 5 days now and all I keep getting told is all places I was told all appointment are full what dose it take to see your GP
