Not my usual to write reviews but I have made the effort this time basically because I can not get over the fantastic customer service offered to me today. We had our leather sofa for them about seven years ago. I actually went in last week to buy an oak TV unit and mentioned to the lovely lady that our suite still looks like new apart from my chair that had sunken down slightly. Today two guys came out to look at it, they have refilled my seat for pennies ! I honestly cant fault the service and want to recommend them to anyone who values customer service.

Had a leather suite from here 10 years ago and it has been excellent then 4 years ago bought an Oak dining table, sideboard and chairs and they still look fabulous. Service has been excellent through out and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We bought 2 x leather suites with recliners less than 11 months ago and now all 4 x recliner seats on the suites are about 6 inches lower than the middle seat and extremely uncomfortable.
We got rid of the same style of suites that were 9 YEARS OLD  and as comfortable as these suites after 11 months, poor quality and we will never buy from there again we just feel that members of the public should know about the quality of the suites sold here.
We were extremely disappointed and wish we had kept our old suites.

Just wanted to recomend this company we have had our lounge sofa for about 9yrs and went back couple of years later for some furniture. My sofa is still brilliant so i have just been back to get another for my conseratory. As usual lovely friendly service thank you

Alot more items than we thought to see and much more reasonable than the the bigger stores. Have ordered a sofa and the staff were so lovely we will be going back to buy some oak furniture as soon we have finished decorating, would recommend a visit
