Great place for garden/kitchen/bathroom/small household stuff. Can pick up the odd child's birthday present. Great card/balloon/party section with helium ballon filling station. Less selection of clothes post covid with virtually no childrens section anymore.
Lovely little shop with a bit of everything - homeware, appliances, cleaning, toiletries, clothes/PJ's/slippers/shoes, cards/balloons, confectionary, you can just about anything in here. The Factory Shop is a real all rounder.
This shop sells a surprising variety of things and all at a very reasonable price. They have limited staff so service isn't always the fastest ever, 3specially if they are blowing up helium balloons for customers but the service is very friendly and their laid back approach to service sits well with the selection of wares on offer.
Great shop. It had a bit of everything at great prices
Large amounts of stock lines, prices reflect current leaves in retail outlets, excellent parking but disabled bays are poorly marked, wheelchair accessible throughout, and staff appeared miserable on my visit.
I always call when i visit Middlewich. I receive details of offers and intended buying my daughter pyjamas but always end up spending much more.
I recently ordered a helium balloon arrangement over the phone for my daughter's birthday. The staff member was very helpful, making suggestions and recommendations. The balloons were ready and waiting at the shop the next morning. They were exactly what I wanted and my daughter loved them. The balloons have lasted a week and are still going strong.
Nice little shop, just wish the staff didn't scrutinise you as you shop. I understand they probably have a few thefts, but you are made to feel like a criminal for just browsing. Had to take electrical items back that didn't work too. I still like popping in every now and again though. Never win on the scratchcards they give you with each purchase : does anyone?
Good has a good selection of clothes and home wear
We went there last week. I used to love going in there, but I don't think we will bother again? From the moment we went in, we were followed around the store, like common thieves. The laughable bit, is while they were busy stalking us around, there was a man and a woman actively stealing things. I am disabled, and it can affect my bladder and bowels. It hits as quick as lightening. I asked a member of staff, if I could please use their toilet? I was told no she told me to go to the pub next door. I said if I can hold on that long. I was told, I should have gone the toilet, before coming out. I started to explain my disability, to be told lot of people are disabled, etc etc. I just hobbled on my crutches, back to the car, and waited for the rest of us, to come out.
