We used The Law Practice to sell our flat and buy our first house. Because of some confusion with our lease (the freeholder was being a right pain), the process was quite complicated but Katie put us completely at ease and sorted everything out for us quickly. We felt totally reassured and found the whole service very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use The Law Practice again. Thank you very much!

Unprofessional. I contacted Ayondip for 2 conveyancing jobs... - i was NOT INFORMED that he would leave shortly after, despite knowing that the cases were time sensitive. Only after i made my payment for instruction I was told it was his last week and Reshma would take over. - There was no overlap between the two, there has been NO PROGRESS on my cases for more than 2 weeks - Ayondip was supposed to buy searches from a previous buyer with 1.5 month left on them. I am yet to be informed if they got them or not, and they should expire in less than a month now - it is very hard to get in touch with Reshma. Even after chasing her by phone, she felt totally lost with my cases, called me back at best after 2 days (or not at all) and knew less than I did on my cases. After complaining and asked to escalate my issues, i manage to speak to Trevor. He was professional and got back to me with my info within the hour, but it really should not get to that point.... I strongly advice against going with this office. Conveyancing quotes are pretty much the same everywhere... look somewhere else.
