They are not a proper company. They will forward your case to another firm, which in turn will forward it to another, and the lawyers don’t come prepared to court. Before submitting the case, they don’t even proofread the facts. During my court sessions, the landlord's lawyers mixed up all the documents and calculations, making no sense and causing embarrassment in court. Steven, one of their representatives, gives false hopes, claiming they are the best firm in the country and have lost very few cases, but it’s all nonsense. To entice you, he might offer a one-time price reduction, but don't fall for it. They wasted my time and money, making me send unnecessary documents, hindering my case's progress. Don't make the same mistake I did. I found another lawyer who successfully helped me evict my tenants.
I needed to evict two rogue tenants. Landlords Lawyer helped me to get the court possession orders. I dealt with Ellie. The communications with her was always great. She's clear, honest, efficient and professional. She was able to provide information and suggestions at each stage of my evictions. I recommend Landlords Lawyer.
As a manager of a letting company we had a complicated issue with one of our tenants. Landlords Lawyers were fantastic at dealing with this issue on our behalf. They were professional, swift acting, personable and most importantly got the results we wanted. I cannot recommend Landlords Lawyers enough as everyone on the team was fantastic - especially Steven Conway. I would not hesitate to consider using them again.
I had to evict a rogue tenant who combined antisocial behaviour with rents arrears. I first contacted a very big specialist Firm of Lawyers that will remain namelessand my experience was dreadful: they never returned phone calls, very high fees etc. I withdrew my business from them and contacted Landlords lawyer to follow up on the case. I didn't regret it: Landlords lawyer is a smaller Firm with an excellent approach to customers service: they listened, followed up and were reasonable with their fees. Also they advised me correctly on the approach to take with the Tribunal. My main contact there was Elliott, assisted by Joel, paralegal guy. Both very professional and helpful. I am very happy to recommend Landlords lawyer to fellow Landlords, unfortunate enough like myself to have to evict a tenant through the legal route!

We have dealt with Landlords Lawyers on multiple occasions and we have found the owner Steven Conway, to be very knowledgable and he has always provided a pragmatic, and thoughtful solutions to dealing with evictions. We highly recommend and the prices also seem fair too.

We came to Landlords Lawyer in 2017 for their expert services on how to evict a tenant. Our case was rather complicated but we felt Landlords Lawyers had a wealth of experience in order to deal with the eviction notice in an efficient way. Further to this, we had another a firm deal with the possession order when the tenant did not vacate to save on costs. However, unfortunately, we do not believe this was dealt with in a proper way and therefore we came back to Landlords Lawyer to deal with the hearing. Landlords Lawyers were very good with their advice, and with their service. The advocate representing us at the hearing was prepared to a top standard and we won the court case on all grounds. The tenant was given 14 days to vacate The minimal time and he was asked to pay all our legal fees and court costs. This was an outstanding victory. Further to this, Landlords Lawyer dealt with the bailiff warrant which was approved in a timely manner too. As Landlords Lawyer dealt with us from start to finish pretty much, we would highly recommend them. Further to this, there was a refund owing to us at the end, for part of a service that was not required and the refund was provided back to us within 3 days. Now this is remarkable service! We pray we never need their services again to evict a tenant but if we do, there is no other place we will go. 5 star company.
