Nice customer service but their Express service (drying cleaning a suit in 3 days) cost £17.81 which I think is quite dear!

Went to use the one big machine for sofa cover. Was already in use and told wld be 40 mins and that I shld come back in 30 mins in case someone else came to use it. Came back to a man loading his stuff into it and staff member mumbling "I did say she could use it". Bloke asked me if I minded if he did his first and I said I'd already waited half an hour (wandering round outside with baby in pram in heatwave) so I wanted to use it. Male staff member said if I left it they would put it in when man's stuff finished (could have offered to do that when I went in first!) but I pointed out that would mean me waiting a further hour with my baby in 30° heat... He didn't care and carried on loading. Staff didn't care either and let me just walk away.
Terrible service - or lack of. Avoid.

Appalling attitude from staff. Don't use this laundry service. There are many more in Gloucester to choose from.
