A very friendly crew who arrived and carried out the cleaning of our sofas and rug. Craig took his time to explain to me clearly what I should expect and how long they would take to dry before we committed, He was so precise in everything he told me. We are very happy to recommend.
Prompt, Professional and Polite. I have Greg here with me this morning and he is doing a marvelous job on my carpets. Each stage of the cleaning process has been explained to me prior to cleaning. Also the time expected for the drying. My house smells lovely and my carpets look like new. I have no hesitation in recommending Proclene to my neighbours. Thank You for sending Greg, certainly an asset to your company.
The work completed was exceptional. Our sofas and reclining chair look brand new again, I couldn't be happier with the results. Extremely friendly service. I would totally recommend and would use myself over and over again.
One of the best companies I have had the pleasure to deal with, customer care was superb, the results were far better than I had expected. Craig & Greg was on time and worked very hard without stopping, his attention to detail is perfection.
Honest, friendly, quick & very reliable. Proclene cleaned our carpets and were much quicker, left them fresher & much cleaner than our last carpet cleaners. We opted for Proclene because of their customer reviews, quick response & their price. Excellent service & excellent results. More than happy to recommend.
I was referred to Proclene by Laura Ashley who recommended that I used Proclene as he was registered as a wool safe service provider. Craig arrived to clean a mark from my wool armchair looking very well presented & professional, he also arrived on time. I am very pleased with his service and precise knowledge in stain removal. I am more than happy to recommend him & I shall use him again, I have now booked him to clean our carpets next month.
After the great reviews I was keen to use this company for our home carpet clean. Particularly as it claims to be environmentally friendly. However despite repeated attempts to get in touch webform, 2 emails, voice message, nobody contacted me to arrange the visit. Disappointed by the lack of service.
I cannot begin to praise Craig and the team enough. The results were very impressive, and very much worth the money. The guys are trustworthy and very friendly. They were very professional and the work completed was to an extremely high standard.
Absolutely wonderful work carried out by Craig from Proclene, had both my suite and living room carpet cleaned, they dried much quicker than originally thought they would take, carpet feels so much softer and sofa smells like new. Thank you to Craig and proclene limited and I will definately use you again
Craig came highly recommended from a couple of my work collegues so I decided to have my lounge carpet and corner suite sofa cleaned, was tempted to leave it until after christmas but with friends coming to stay I decided to get it cleaned now and have a stain guard added. It has now been 4 weeks since I had them cleaned and they still look great and feel great. I could not believe how clean they actually came up as the carpet is almost white and the sofa is white, Craig's attention to detail did mean that he was here for longer than i had anticipated but he definately does believe that if a job is worth doing then do it well. I shall certainly be using Craig again when I need him and will be joining my collegues in recommending him. Thank you
