Worst coffee ever...

Very watery coffee. If you ask for a large Americano, which isn't that large, it looks like it's the same base espresso and you're simply charged for more hot water. Took coffee back to add more coffee. No apology, fairly surly service. Tables not cleared, dirty feel to the outside area. Poor value.

If you're in the area, working /visiting the British Library, find yourself another spot. This cafe is overpriced with mediocre customer service and a tiny sitting area.

It seems they've changed their policy, and no longer allow you to use your laptop/read while drinking coffee there. I had the indignity of being asked to leave even while there were other empty tables. It's a shame, because it used to be a nice spot to work.

Nice little cafe - perfect when waiting for the British Library to open!

Very nice little coffee shop with lovely staff, offering great fresh food and delicious cakes and pastries.

Cramped.   But good coffee

Chaotic.  Could not keep track of orders and would not provide refund when I got fed up waiting.
