Our language school based in Liverpool city centre offers you the opportunity to enjoy a unique learning experience in a relaxed environment.

It was a very good experience; I achieved my academic goals, and most of the time, I felt very comfortable. I was able to greatly improve my English with people from all over the world and make friends all around the globe.

It was amazing, I improved my hear English. But my level didn’t up. I Need more time definitely … I think in the classes should be native speakers classmates to talk more with native speakers than with classmates foreigners. Because we all have the same limitations and don’t improve the speaking. Just talk with mistakes. Or have outside activities with native speakers. But the college and friendships is awesome

I'm having a great time here! All the staff are so kind and the extras activities that the school provide to us, is really an amazing opportunity to keep in touch with the language and others students after the classes.

I had an incredible experience at Bayswater. The quality of teaching was excellent, and I really improved my English. The teachers were very professional and attentive, and the learning environment was very positive. Additionally, I loved Liverpool; the city is vibrant and has so much to offer. I highly recommend Bayswater to anyone looking to improve their English and enjoy a rewarding experience in a fantastic city.

The teacher Alex was very knowledgeable and patient, always making sure everyone understands the material before moving on. The classes are engaging, with a good balance of grammar, vocabulary, and conversation practice, which has helped me become more confident in speaking English.  The staff is friendly and supportive, creating a comfortable atmosphere that motivates me to keep improving. I highly recommend it.

Experience with the School:  I would like to highlight the dedication and excellent work of the teachers Allan, Nick, and Jak. The teaching approach of Professor Allan, in particular, was fundamental to my development during the first weeks, enabling rapid and solid progress in my studies. However, I faced difficulties with the academic environment due to issues that arose in the classroom, which affected my learning. Despite reaching out to the Academic Office for support, I did not receive the necessary assistance, which led to a significant loss of learning during the last two weeks of the course. Additionally, I experienced a medical issue that left me with an injured leg. Unfortunately, I was not assisted in using the elevator and had to take the stairs, which was exhausting and could have been avoided.  Accommodations and Front Desk Support:  Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by a friendly and helpful staff member. However, I noticed that the staff, in general, seemed unprepared to assist students with a basic level of English, which compromised the quality of support provided. In terms of comfort, I had issues with the heater in my room, which did not work throughout my stay despite reporting it twice to the front desk. On the day I complained, I was informed that repairs would be made the following morning. I explained that I would not be available to accompany anyone in my room, but I was told this wouldn’t be an issue because the staff could enter the room in my absence, which I found to be an extreme invasion of privacy.  I was provided with a limited set of utensils in my room knife, fork, large plate, bowl, cup, and mug, and although I requested a spoon from the front desk, I never received it. When I asked for it a second time, I was served by a staff member who laughed at my difficulty explaining the need in English, which made me very uncomfortable.

I have had an incredible experience at Bayswater! The teachers are not only highly knowledgeable but also very supportive and patient. They create a welcoming atmosphere that makes learning English enjoyable and stress-free. The curriculum is well-structured, with a perfect balance between grammar, speaking, listening, and writing. I also appreciate the small class sizes, which allow for personalized attention and meaningful interactions with both the instructors and fellow students.  The social activities, such as conversation clubs and cultural outings, are fantastic opportunities to practice English in real-life situations and meet people from all over the world.

I had a great 6 months, fun and informative. I had been to England before but was at another school. I was not happy but this school taught me a lot. Thanks for everything, Bayswater family.

It was an amazing experience, The academic team and staff is always there to listen to us and help us The teacher are very nice and kind . I improved my English a lot The school is great and family atmosphere. I met great friend . Everything was perfect thank you all . I recommend this school 100%
