Visited for the first time and had a fantastic experiment regarding relaxation alongside excellent time spent in the spa. Staff were well accommodating as well as friendly. Loved the services and atmosphere there and will use the services again.

Guess I should have listened to the bad reviews that are suspiciously mostly on muswell hill branch google review page as well as on other sites on the internet. but being a fair person thought I'd give the gym a chance and visit anyway. Guess I should have believed the bad reviews sadly...Racist rude or just plain discriminatory glad i never joined this gym. I didnt want to fill all my personal details as I was told over the phone that i could have a quick look around. the manager comes in with her passive aggressive atitude which I overlooked and responded by being gracious only for her to desert me because I won't fill out all my personal details which she said was ok not to fill out. Huh?! Im still baffled!!! So I was just left there standing, waiting. The attitude of the staff is horrendous and water splashed all over the entrance floor is an accident waiting to happen! If youre not racist manager of The Lab, then you discriminate or you're just plain rude. The manager is racist and rude plain and simple and she shows all signs of a racist with the way she behaved and when an employee who wasnt even there defends the racist manager in a defensive manner (a characteristic of a guilty person!) and scolding me saying shes not racist, it is a clear sure sign they are racist and covering up and supporting racists. Shame on you! Either way I'm so glad they showed their true colours before I joined and so so so happy I dodged a bullet!!!! HALLELUJAH!!!! Id rather give my money to a kinder, genuine, respectful, classy, genuinely luxury (The Laboratory is not luxury - the facilities, the service etc) and a more deserving company. Be careful how you treat people and be careful who you hire to represent your company The Lab owner, because they clearly dont care about the company's success and will run it to the ground. As the famous saying goes: pride comes before the fall. Good luck :-) and Im so happy not to have fallen into the trap of joining such a gym as yours. To educate you on racism seeing as your staff are confident racists but then deny being racist when called out: racism ˈreɪsɪz(ə)m/ noun prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the incorrect belief that one's own race is superior.

A lovely , relaxing sound session. Would recommend it to anybody who needs stress relief and some rest. Very professionally done, clean room, comfy mats, personal care and touch, lovely.

The best Club. I have been a member for many years. Such a wonderful peaceful atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Staff all knowledgable, efficient and friendly. As well as a state of the art gym, all the classes are fantastic. They have a dedicated mind/body studio with amazing yoga and Pilates instructors. The changing rooms are always clean (even seen the General Manager cleaning). Finish off with having your hair done, mani/pedi or a wonderfully relaxing message. You can even get your car beautifully cleaned in the car park!
