We were recommended to use Kitchen Depot Telford to design and supply our new kitchen. One of the best pieces of advice we have had. So very happy with the service they have provided from starting with visiting the showroom and being given very helpful guidance on what style to choose and what appliances to have followed by a home visit to measure up. Another pleasurable visit to the showroom to see the 3D drawing they produce of how it will look and detailed specifications of what you will purchase. There were a few last minute alterations we wanted to make before the units were manufactured and the staff were happy to accommodate these. The units arrived exactly on the day and time agreed and were carefully unloaded where we wanted them. The customer service of the Telford staff is one of the very best we have ever received and we would not like to name names as everyone was so excellent. You can certainly tell the difference of using a family firm rather that a large retail company and we would not hesitate for one minute in recommending them to others.

Update stay away from these people. Well had my kitchen fitted 2 years ago. And I know I previously left a nice comment but that was when they were coming back to fix the issues. From then they have had me wait in all day 3 or 4 times on the promise of solving the issues. Then called half way through the day to arrive at 3 and then do an hour. Well up to 2 months ago. Now they just pop round say someone will contact you but never does. Problems. Wrong colour permit!! Badley fitted kitchen Panels blowing after 2 years! Time to get the lawyers in unfortunately.

The staff couldn't have been any better or patient the range of kitchens on show were excellent and very reasonably priced. No pressure selling which is a real plus for us. When we eventually make our minds up then we will not be looking elsewhere

High spec designer kitchens with the aftercare of a local company rather than a faceless retail outlet. You'll be surprised at the cost for such a personalised service.
