Nice bright store clean with lots of different soft furnishings cook ware lighting Christmas gifts and decorations. Cozy products to keep you warm all at a competitive price. Good cafe easy parking.
I visited Dunelm today 22 January 2020 to look at and price up bedding, towels and a few other small items. How refreshing to find everything I was looking for under one roof. The range of items on sale is really extensive and includes everything for the home. Price wise there is a choice on many items. The shop is on two floors with an escalator to the upper floor. There is also a lift. There are toilet facilities on the ground floor which were clean and tidy for my visit today. On the upper floor there is a very nice caffe which I'm happy to say was very competitive price wise. The staff were very helpful and chatty.
A large Dunelm store this one with escalators to 1st floor, so you can take a laden wheeled basket up there easily in addition to the wheelchair friendly advantage. Loads of homeware stocks upstairs with many, many colours of towels... I counted 5 shades of green alone! Kitchenware selection good too.

Excellent service, ordered click and collect, lady at door spotted I was looking for something, she asked if I was click and collect, she bought item straight to me, that's perfect service, well done Dunelm,
Nice range of good quality homeware unfortunately not very friendly, isles with products on floor reducing room fir a wheelchair and when raised with staff I had the feeling I was talking to a brick wall, it would be nice to be able to get around without having to avoid isles due to no access

Love the store, the staff and the products but, hate giving hard earned money to a Tory donating, Boris Johnson fanboy - Dunelm owner Will Adderley. Pity it has the monopoly on highstreet home goods.
Friendly staff, lots of stock, bit not easy to find what I wanted in store but staff was very helpful.
Very good selection of items for your home. Needed wallpaper - obtained samples to compare on the wall.
