This place must be good because they have been around for a while. The reason for a two star was the interaction or lack of interaction we had.  

We were building our house and needed a new kitchen. We gave them our plans and expected to sit with them a week or more later to look at layouts etc. We even did this twice, first time at the start of our build and then again about 8 months later.  No response each time and even after calling them and going to see them.  This was the only kitchen place where we got no response for a response. Not even an apology for not being able to look at our plans. Very strange.  In the end we got a fabulous Tom Howley kitchen which we are very pleased with.  😁

Excellent service from design through to installation with a hacker kitchen. The team were very experienced, patient, friendly and helpful  whilst we refined our kitchen designs many times and suggested cost saving options to make the most of our money for a quality spec kitchen. Would recommend KBS anytime.
