Dear Hot Tub Purchaser

I have been trying to purchase a hot tub for about six weeks.
From a standing start it’s daunting; there’s too much choice.  I started wet testing in St Albans.  But this was followed by less than straight forward pricing by the company concerned.  This made me feel uncomfortable and that I was being “sold to”.

My second attempt was aborted when the company I was scheduled to wet test with cancelled; on the basis that they were unable to wet test for reasons of health and safety!

In comparison, I mailed Peter and he immediately did everything I asked of him.  The simple things, like responding to my emails and answering all my questions honestly and quickly.  He managed to strike the right balance of demonstrating that he wanted me to buy a tub from him, without being pushy.

All of the above allowed him to build rapport and trust with me quickly.  It took me 36 hours from first speaking to him to placing an order and paying a deposit.

Peter made the difference.

If you want to buy a hot tub, buy it from Peter.

We had a great time using our pool this year.   The Year has been quite chaotic due to the builders being here.   But!!! now they’ve gone and we are slowly getting our garden and house back to normal we look forward to next year and the pool being even better!!   Lets hope its a good summer!

By the start of next season the planting and finishing off around the pool should be complete, so if you would like to use our pool as an example to others you will be most welcome.

We can’t fault the service you offer - right from the installation to the overall running and assistance during the year.   Particularly the weekly maintenance which has maintained the pool to a very high standard.

Deep End Pools have been most helpful in finding me a new filter and automatic cleaner for our pool.  They were easy to install by our very helpful gardener and the pool has never been cleaner, the children are thrilled, as they hated to see all those mini-beasts lurking on the bottom of the pool!  Very nice company to deal with and a very good speedy service.  Good website too.

I was looking for a suction cleaner and found Deep End Pools website attractive and easy to navigate. In addition their pricing was very competitive and it was a pleasure to place an order with them.
