Awesome place for fish and chips. Intended to go to Spoons round the corner, but it was busy, so came here! Not dissapointed as it was a great pie and chips at a good price. Great food and customer service. Our waitress was helpful and friendly and served with a cheery smile. The curry sauce was particularly good. The portions where an admirable size, and when the say a jumbo sausage, they sure do mean it! Great little restaurant to get you out of the rain whilst visiting the busy little tourist village.

It was pretty busy when I got there, but prompt service. Had fish & chips + glass of wine. Wine arrived promptly and food shortly after. Fish & chips was lovely, obviously freshly prepared and nice and crispy. No soggy batter or chips here I thoroughly enjoyed and great value. Wine tasted lovely too. Great food. Popped into the restaurant after a day of hiking around lunch. Got seated and had a great meal. Fully recommend. Curry sauce was gorgeous.
Decided on fish and chips today whilst visiting Keswick and staying at the local camping and caravanning site. We were not disappointed, friendly welcome, plenty of tables available. We both had the fish and chips special for £7.25 each and frankly it was a bargain. Food cooked fresh and delivered promptly. What more can you ask for but crispy chips and fresh fish in a warm cosy restaurant. We will definitely eat here again. Well done and thank you.
The perfect fish and chips! We had to queue but that's a good sign for something like this in my opinion. Everything cooked fresh to order. Just one size of fish, the portion with chips was huge! No gherkins but a range of other accompaniments and other main menu items. Friendly service, wouldn't hesitate to recommend
Gluten free fish and chippppps!!!!!!!! Yes yes yes. Haven't tried yet but super excited, assured me the fryer are separate and white rice flour batter. Can't wait! Thanks!
Great fish and chips and as a coeliac very pleased to find gluten/dairy free fish. A real treat. The children enjoyed the nuggets and sausages they ordered and the regular fish and chips were very tasty too. The portions are a good size too. Staff were really helpful and knowledgeable about the items on the menu and although it was busy the staff member that served us was happy to answer menu questions and didn't make us feel rushed at all. We drove down to the boatyard and ate them at the side of the water watching the sunset which made the whole experience even better Dietary restrictions: Gluten/Dairy free fish offered
