We had the takeaway platter this past weekend and it was excellent. We took all afternoon over it and still had enough for lunch the next day. Super vfm including the wine - a Sicilian Grillo - which was much better than your standard 'House' and super fresh. Will be back for more...
We've been in The King's Wark twice now. Once in winter time, once in the summer. Both times we loved it! In winter there was a beautiful fire place on which added to the character of the place. The food, especially the seafood, is highly recommended. Our favourite pub in Edinburgh!

Best Sunday roast in Edinburgh, every Sunday I venture somewhere new for a roast. This is by far the best.
The tartar sauce with the fish and chips is homemade and delicious. Seabass fillet really fresh and the venue is really historic...even the chairs are really cool, staff is delightful I highly recommend this place
