The Kinderton House Hotel

What an absolute pleasure it was to visit this pub/restaurant this afternoon for my daughters baby shower. Ian and his team were extremely accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. The food was outstanding and the cocktails just perfect! I would highly recommend this pub to anyone and will certainly be visiting again soon. The best in the area. Well done to Ian and his team.

We booked a room for a local party. To be honest with the room being above a pub we didn't know what to expect. To be fair our room was lovely and a great size. Comfy bed, great bathroom and recently decorated. We had access to everything you would expect in a hotel. Staff and management at the location also really great. Breakfast next day also great. We were made to feel really welcome and would definitely stay again.

Excellent choice of beers and cocktails. Superb service by all the staff. Each table has a small electronic responder that allows you to press a button for Service, Bill or Clear Table. This means you can set your own pace for eating and drinking. Thoroughly enjoyed the food, particularly the Hanging Chicken Kebab. Would definitely visit again.

Excellent food. Excellent service. Excellent choice of drinks at reasonable prices. Great atmosphere. Went early on a Saturday night and it was packed, always a good sign, but be sure to book a table as to not miss out. 100% will be back

Stayed here with my wife for a Sat night. We were in room 10 which was modern, clean and had all the amenities - tea/coffee, toiletries, hairdryer etc. We also ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely, chicken fricassee and hanging kebab disappeared quickly followed by the donut sundae! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place. Excellent quality and value. Well done!

We recently stayed at The Kinderton and it was a fantastic experience. The room was excellent - warm and comforting with all the necessary facilities. It was also very clean and well-maintained. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious and the added bonus of free parking made it even more convenient. I highly recommend The Kinderton to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Food was absolutely beautiful, the hotpot was hot, filling and tasty. Meat just fell straight off the bone! Decorated lovely and spacious, big garden for kids and dogs right by the canal! Thanks Ian for looking after us! Staff friendly and helpful. Will be coming again!

Great pub / restaurant on the approach to Middleton town centre. Fresh, modern interior with private function area at the rear which has plenty of tables and seating available. Good range of beers and ales. I will say that the service was slow at times which - given that we were there in the afternoon and it wasn't particularly busy - was a little bit frustrating. Having said that, the staff were friendly and always had a smile, and the food was really good both in terms of choice and quality. Would definitely recommend.

Booked a table at the Kinderton for food and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The Food was exceptional The Caesar salad is one of my favourites , so massive compliments to the Chef. Our service was also Faultless and we were attended to throughout the evening by Maja, who was bubbly and eager to please. All in all, brilliant experience.
