My regular cab office joined the keen group I booked the day before on app as usual.did not see anything different The trip.was for 8.30 got a phone call at 7am.cancelling my trip. I called normal cab office and requested minicab no problem. I have deleted the app.never going to use it again I will.call.my local office and book. The keen group customer service was abrupt and rude not listening just reading of a script
EXCELLENT. Booked by phone the previous day and was advised there was a reasonable minimum charge for our short journey. The clean and spacious taxi was on time at the railway station, with a timely text message to tell me the colour and registration number of the car. The driver knew exactly where to drop us to minimise the length of the walk to our parkland destination. Minimum charge as advised on booking. I recommend this taxi company.
Disgusting customer service from control room. Booking are always late cancelled or completely wrong pick up point .. tried for 3 weeks for benefit of doubt but nope more than half the time has been a problem
Had a cab booked from UCH, driver did not stop complaining about this country, said he knew every road in London, not a good drive home, and was moaning about it being on account, worst driver I've had in 3 weeks.
Booked a cab 24 hours in advance for 10.45 am delayed by fifteen minutes then delayed again for another 15 minutes then delayed again for 25 minutes. Then I'm told they don't have a driver. Keen Cars if you don't have a driver then don't take a booking you are unreliable untrustworthy and I will not be using you again
Horrendous organisation at this company. To use a pre-paid account they need 4 different authorisations which never seem to work anyway. First few trips they were around 10 minutes late so I started to order the taxi 15 minutes earlier and then they started being over 25 minutes late. It’s laughable that every trip they send you a ‘confirmation’ 3 minutes past your booked time saying they will be approximately 15 minutes late. What’s the point of pre booking if they don’t save a taxi for the booked time? Wouldn’t bother as you will miss appointments or flights like myself
Just with all Cab services at the moment, train strikes have caused great delays. However, the keen group were communicative and understanding of this. A lovely man in his clean car had dropped me home and helped with the groceries. All in all, a wonderful experience as always with hard working and resilient workers. Much respect and thanks :

Agree with other reviewers, previously very good and would always recommend to others but over the last year the service has gone downhill. The last experience was my last booking with them. App showed driver 26 mins away for a job booked in 5 mins, rang operator to be told a new driver would be sent in 5 mins. Didn’t show, rang operator again to be told “just because you book a job for a certain time you can’t expect it at that time”. Originally driver eventually turned up 25 mins late, dirty car and terrible smell of cigarette smoke to the point I had to to have the window open all the way to Heathrow. Complaint sent and no response.
Avoid using The Keen Group taxi service to the airport or for any important appointments for that matter because “on-time delivery “ is not their strong point. We were so disappointed with them yesterday October 30, 2022. We ordered two cabs to accommodate 5 passengers as they did not have a vehicle large enough for all of us. Fortunately one driver arrived, unfortunately the other driver did not, despite consistently being told that he would! We waited approximately 45 minutes before flagging down another taxi service. Fortunately our flight was delayed and we made it, everything worked out. Avoid the hassle we went through as these guys are not reliable! Good luck! Be safe!
