Named after the author this is a newer bridge and has seats along it where you can enjoy the river rather than simply scurrying over it
The bridge is named for a famous Irish writer James Joyce, who write Ulysses.
Simple, Elegant and Tasteful. Actually the architectural beauty of this bridge lies in its simplicity. It's plays a major role in connecting the two blanks of the river and two sides of the city plus in definitely provides a panoramic view of the city of Dublin too. It's becomes extremely pictureristic during the rainy season. By the way it rains all the year round in Ireland.
It's a really beautiful design. Also one of the few bridges that encourage sitting - and actually can be pleasant to sit on.
Yea it's a bridge, I'm not writing a 5 page Yelp type review of a bridge. Nice scenery a few places to sit and watch the world go by if thats your thing. Few good photo ops up the river liffey on a nice sunny day .. but I mean ... it's a bridge
Shur it's just a bridge. It just makes me cross...
Really beautiful modern bridge in Dublin city.
Such a beautiful bridge
Lovely bridge lit up at night. Was very strange sitting on a bench in the middle of the bridge as traffic flows across. L8vely views across the river.
What can I say, it's just a very photogenic and cool looking bridge
